Nerd Trips ABCs:
Admission fee: Yes. We paid about 10 pounds (about $15 when I visited). Also, there is often a massive line to get in. Buy your tickets in the gift shop, then get it in line to enter the house.
Bathrooms: Small, located downstairs in the house with the gift shop
Concessions/food: This is London. There are places to eat everywhere.
Cars/getting there: This is London, I am an American. There is no way I am driving. I took the tube to the Baker Street station. Lots of public transportation.
Coffee cups (aka souvenirs): Extensive gift shop. I bought a trivet of the blue plaque on the building. Museum shop is available online.
